Can I request a specific pastry ingredient you don't carry?

Yes! We frequently source custom supplies for professional bakers and enthusiastic hobbyists. Please send us a message detailing what you need, including brands if applicable, and our sourcing team will review availability.

What is your return policy for molds and decorating tools?

Unused tools and molds in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase. For food safety reasons, all edible ingredients and coloring products are non-returnable once they leave our facility.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bakeries?

We do provide bulk tier pricing for registered businesses. Please select "Wholesale & Bulk Orders" in the contact form above and include your bakery name and average monthly volume requirements.
